MHFA courses are taught in a dynamic and supportive classroom environment and incorporate video, activities, group discussions, case studies, and more.

MHFA Basic is a 12-hr certificate course delivered over 2 full days or 4 half-days. All MHFA courses are evidence-based programs of the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
