Mental Health First Aid Standard (8 hours) - Virtual or In-Person

Mental Health First Aid Standard is an all-new, updated course offered online or in-person to groups of between 8-25 adults. It combines 2 hours of independent online learning with 6 hours of in-class group work (discussions, activities, multimedia).

The focus of MHFA Standard is on noticing, responding to, and challenging stigma about, mental health problems. Please see the course outline here for more details.
